This Privacy Policy explains what personal information KopperOne LLC ("KOPPER ONE", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United States, collects when you visit kopperone.com (the "Site") or buy from us, how we use it and the choices you have. ## Information we collect **When you place an order** we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the pieces ordered and any note you add. We call this "Order Information". **Payment details** are entered directly with PayPal. We never see or store your card number or PayPal password; PayPal only tells us whether the payment succeeded and the amount paid. **When you browse the Site** basic technical information is processed automatically, such as your browser type, device, IP address, the pages you view and the site that referred you. We use it in aggregated form to keep the Site secure and understand how it is used. ## Cookies and browser storage - Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you check out. - Staff members who sign in to manage the store receive a sign-in cookie. - We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy first. You can clear cookies and stored data at any time in your browser settings. ## How we use your information We use Order Information to: - process your payment and prepare, ship and track your order - send you order confirmations and updates by email - answer your questions and handle returns - screen orders for fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and every such email lets you unsubscribe. ## Who we share it with We share information only with the service providers we need to run the store, and only for these purposes: - PayPal, to process payments - our website hosting and database provider, to store orders securely - our email delivery provider, to send order emails - shipping carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or Aramex), who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. ## International transfers KOPPER ONE is operated by KopperOne LLC, registered in the United States; our pieces are made in our workshop in Fes, Morocco, and we serve customers in the United States and Europe. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including Morocco, the United States and countries of the European Union, by providers that apply appropriate safeguards. ## How long we keep it We keep Order Information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep. ## Your rights Depending on where you live — including the European Union, the United Kingdom and certain US states such as California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent.
