Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern your use of kopperone.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from KopperOne LLC, a company registered in the United States, trading as KOPPER ONE ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them, including our Shipping & delivery, Returns & exchanges and Privacy policies. ## 1. Using the Site By using the Site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You agree not to use our pieces or the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with the Site's operation or security, and not to copy or resell any part of the Site or its content without our written permission. ## 2. Products and handmade character Our pieces are made by hand in our workshop in Fes, Morocco. We describe and photograph them as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on screens, and slight variations in colour, finish, hammering, texture and size are a natural part of handmade work, not defects. Dimensions are given in inches and centimetres and may vary slightly from piece to piece. ## 3. Electrical items Light fittings must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the regulations of your country. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation or use. ## 4. Prices and payment Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout as described in our Shipping & delivery policy. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are not included and are paid by the customer. Payment is taken through PayPal at checkout. Your order is confirmed once PayPal confirms the payment. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order. ## 5. Orders We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a piece is no longer available, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Please make sure your contact and delivery details are correct. Custom and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. ## 6. Delivery, returns and refunds Delivery is covered by our Shipping & delivery policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & exchanges policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. ## 7. Accuracy of information We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in prices, descriptions or availability. We may correct them and update information at any time without prior notice. ## 8. Third-party services and links Some functions of the Site are provided by third parties, such as PayPal for payment. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. ## 9. Your messages and submissions If you send us comments, ideas, photos or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. We may use feedback you send to improve our pieces and services. ## 10. Intellectual property All content on the Site — including text, photographs, designs and the KOPPER ONE name and logo — belongs to KopperOne LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission. ## 11. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, arising from the use of the Site or our pieces. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. ## 12. General If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and your purchases. ## 13. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order. ## 14.
